Unique Object Identifier (UOI)
IJASRM introduces UOI to all articles published. Unique Object Identifier (UOI) is international 
licensing/identification system of journals, scientific articles, patents, research material, conference proceedings, textbooks, books, etc.
UOI, collects metadata, assigns UOI licenses, and offer other services such as reference linking or metadata lookup.
The UOI license system implements the Handle System and adds to it some other features.
